Welcome Dental Students!

Congratulations and well done on making it to dental school. As a dental student here at Barts & The London you automatically become a member of the “Dental Society”. A society that puts all your interests, from academic to social,

first.

 

DentSoc exists in all dental schools and plans some of the best events that you will attend throughout your five years here. Including our fresher’s event held in your honour “Meet the Dentists”, The Dental Xmas Party, The Annual Dental

Dinner, The Dental Beer Race and many more sell out events!

 

We also host intercollegiate sporting and social events with other dental schools where you can meet and party with more dental students like yourself. In addition to this we also organise guest lectures, charity events and Dental Trade Fairs, where you can load up on lots of free stuff from our sponsors!

 

As students you’re always looking of ways to save money yet have a good time. A DentSoc Membership card is the best way to do that. A one off payment of £50 (a mere £10 a year: for freshers) enables you to receive great discounts. Cheap entry to our events for the whole 5 years, a bag of freebies during the fresher’s fair and £10 off 1 x Dental Dinner ticket as well as other promotional offers through out your time here.
